Given a family code, this template returns the code for its super-family.

Usage

This template uses only one parameter, for the family code.

Examples

• {{family|roa}} returns:

  itc

• {{family|gmw}} returns:

  gem

Mechanics

This template uses a simple {{#switch:}} parser function to handle language codes and family codes.

If the family is qfa-und, it is assumed to be a top-level family.

EXAMPLES:
